About company
After more than 20 years of successful cooperation with our predecessor, we took over Rover&Rover in 2016 and founded Aquapro Factory GmbH. Mr. Rover was a pioneer in the development of battery filling systems and played a crucial role in helping leading companies in this industry to succeed. Through his expertise and visionary ideas, he was instrumental in helping these companies establish themselves as industry leaders.
The founding of AquaPro factory marks the beginning of our independent focus on the development and production of filling systems that combine innovation and quality.
Another important milestone in our development was the introduction of the Generation IV filling plug.
With this new product generation, we achieved our goal of creating a modern system that is in no way inferior to the products of our leading competitors from Germany and the USA.

Our production no longer takes place exclusively at our own site.
The production of the numerous individual components for a complete filling system is based on close and trusting cooperation with several specialized companies that operate under the management of the Aquapro Factory. Thanks to our in-depth expertise in tool and mold making as well as our partnership-based cooperation with external suppliers in injection molding production and subsequent assembly, we can not only significantly reduce the error rate, but also continuously improve product quality.
In addition, this extended cooperation enables us to noticeably increase our production capacities and ensures that we can always react efficiently and flexibly to market requirements.
Nevertheless, our passion for injection molding production and mold making is unbroken.
We have been designing and manufacturing our own tools for over 30 years to ensure the highest quality and durability. This in-house production guarantees precision and reliability at every step of the production process.
Regardless of whether it is a matter of sampling, reworking tools or developing a new item – we take care of every step ourselves in order to assess the quality of the entire process. Only when the tools run smoothly and the component is within the previously defined tolerances do we hand the tools over to our partners.
This meticulous process ensures that we always deliver products that meet our high quality standards.
