Small, mobile and fast. Our E-Box is a modular system for universal water supply. The system consists of a housing that is screwed onto your canister, contains a submersible pump that pumps the water and a hose package to connect it to your traction battery.

Even though our products always have to do with battery-filling, the E-box is also suitable for other applications. The E-box is an option to existing solutions wherever water or liquids are pumped. Be it on the campsite, at home in aquariums or when it comes to pumping chemicals.

Submersible pumps are also available from other manufacturers, but this is usually a simple solution that is sensitive to dirt and often causes leaks if the container tips over
In contrast to conventional systems, the E-Box offers a better, well thought-out solution.
The system has an adapter that is placed on the water tank instead of the original cap. Power is supplied via a power socket on the side, which can be unplugged quickly and easily if necessary, for example when refilling the tank.
We offer our E-Box in two versions, ideal for industrial applications:
A stationary version, powered by a 12 volt plug-in power supply, and a mobile version with an integrated Li-Ion battery.
Our pumps come from a well-known German manufacturer and are available in two performance classes. Both versions of the submersible pumps are specially designed for fast filling of batteries and offer significantly better performance compared to conventional gravity tanks.
With a maximum pressure of up to 1.1 bar and a flow rate of 23 liters per minute, they enable an 80-volt battery to be filled quickly in seconds. The higher pressure also ensures that the internal valves are thoroughly flushed, even in older filling systems, reliably preventing slow overfilling.

Water tanks have standardized closures, the most common are the 61mm for water tanks from 20 to 30 liters, the size 71mm which is mainly used for 60 liter canisters and the wide neck closure with 96 mm.
We cover these 3 sizes as standard and if you have a special application, we can also offer you a solution.

Independent and powerful.
The E-box mobile is a further development of the tried-and-tested standard.
A battery compartment has been added to the housing, which now accommodates a Li-ion rechargeable battery, and despite its compact design, the e-box mobil impresses with great technical data:
With a battery capacity of 58 Wh, you can pump water continuously for up to 2.2 hours at a flow rate of 23 liters per minute.
The housing corresponds to that of the standard E-box, but also has a charging socket that is sealed with flexible plastic against splashing water.
Thanks to modern Li-ion technology, the battery is fully recharged in less than an 2hour.
For technical reasons, the battery is not included in the scope of delivery, but must be ordered separately
