Originally Engineered over 25 years ago, the first AquaPro filling caps revolutionized the market with the usage of hydrodynamic force to seal the system and maximize fill speed. Today we’re on our forth generation through continued development and optimization.

The new Generation IV filling plug sets standards in precision and sustainability. Thanks to the fine-tuned tolerance adjustment, the modified plastics and the redesign of numerous components, a product has been developed that is on a par with, if not superior to, existing systems.

Environment

Another significant advance is the increase in the proportion of recyclable plastics by 70%, which leads to a significant improvement in the carbon footprint. In this way, we are actively contributing to environmental protection and promoting a more sustainable future.

Variety for every system

Generation IV filling plugs are available in a wide range of sizes and designs. In addition to the classic standard with a 35 mm opening, we also offer models with bayonet and threaded connections – ideal for a wide range of requirements and applications.

Float protection of the 35mm series

Another innovative detail is the new float guard, which has been specially developed for the 35mm series. The protective tube not only provides additional transport protection, but also ensures that the float is supplied pre-assembled – a practical solution for quicker and easier commissioning.

HYDROMETERPORT

With an innovative, user-friendly design that is both simple and easy to use, we are setting new standards in efficiency.
The slide lock is intuitively recognizable and impresses with its robustness. It can be easily opened with a finger or a hydrometer tube - a clear improvement over conventional systems.
In contrast to competitor products, the slide lock is practically insensitive and guarantees easier, more reliable use

Optical eye

By enlarging the optical eye by 2.5 mm, we offer significantly improved visibility and more precise readability.
The strong contrast between white and black ensures that the fill level is clearly visible at all times. Thanks to the innovative and well thought-out design, the eye is not only extremely functional, but also well protected from external damage. It always remains in perfect condition and ensures reliable use even under more demanding conditions.

Customized appearance

On request, we can design our stopper entirely according to your ideas!
We offer the option of having your logo printed using the pad printing process and/or designing the closure in the color of your choice. The area next to the cap is ideal for printing, even if your logo is slightly larger.
The printing process used is not only scratchresistant, but also visually appealing and acidresistant.
This gives you a customized product that is both functional and attractive

The push-in plug for all lead-acid batteries with a cell-opening size of 35 mm

The new series offers several advantages. The float is already mounted, so you only need to install it on the battery
The housing protects the float not only against rising, moving separator plates, but also when the plug is removed from the cell for inspection.
Despite the limited space available, the hydrometer does not collide with the float, but is already slightly deflected above the float.

Fits the bayonet opening, but the plug is only pressed in and not screwed in. The system is easier to install, especially with small cell spacings such as Trojan batteries, the hose can already be pre-assembled and are then only pressed in together
